What's next after Y cut nipples?

Main Post:

At my wits end with this!! Why doesn't Dr Brown have a Size 5?

My LO (9 Months) is impatient. He sized up with nipples fairly fast, and he's been on Y cuts for almost two months and lately he has shown little to no interest in his bottles. He will drink 2-3 oz at a time, and I think the fact he has to pull all while he's currently teething is stopping him from finishing his bottles.

I know the next step would be to transition into a sippy cup, but aren't those a slower flow? Is there anything I can do to give him a quicker flow?

I don't get much feedback to my posts....so I would really appreciate any and all responses. Thanks!

Top Comment: Try a straw cup. Honey bear is an easy one to teach with. My boy won't use a sippy cup.

Cut scene for skull island isn't happening despite my pillars being correct

Main Post:

Can anyone please help me figure out why I am not getting the cut scene and next steps despite my pillars being in the correct spaces? I tried moving the pillar from sunlit plateau a few times but it doesn't seem to matter, no cut scene.

Top Comment: I think I used this when I did it. One or two on yours may be out of place. https://gamerant.com/disney-dreamlight-valley-between-a-skull-rock-and-a-hard-place-quest-guide-all-pillar-locations/

Best place for a curly cut in KC?

Main Post:

I'm in KC and have been working really hard on my curly hair, but I've never received a proper curly cut. I usually just go to Beauty Brands or have my mom cut it. I did try a curly place in KCMO (can't remember the name), but was disappointed when I left with straightened hair. I want some healthy curls! Any curlies around that have a good recommendation?

Edit: Thank you for all of the suggestions! I've booked an appointment at Helm and will try to remember to update afterwards.

I have a similar curl pattern and go to Perla at Lumine Salon. She specializes in curly cuts. (:

Looking for a place to get my hair cut

Main Post:

I've got very curly hair. I mostly just want a trim as it's kind of uneven after my last haircut a few months ago by my sister in law. (I know she's gonna see this so I'm sorry and I don't hold it against you). It's been around 10 years since I've been to a barber shop so I don't know where I should go. Raw hair society seems a little overkill for what I'm looking for but I'm not against trying them out.

Thank you

Top Comment: I'd actually be more concerned about my relatives knowing my Reddit username

What's a good place for mens hair cut?

Main Post:

I'm more into relaxed hairstyles rather than the super "tight and sharp" look with skin fades and all that. It’s been tough finding a place that doesn’t just default to the standard “men's” haircut. Does anyone know of a barber or stylist I should check out?

I've always had a good experience at The Barbershop on Frederica Street (across from Westfort Foods)

Best place to get a hair cut for long curly hair?

Main Post:

As the title says. I haven't had a proper haircut in ages but I'm ready to give my hair some TLC! I'm a bit nervous, as I have very long, curly hair. Best places to go?

***Thank you all for the recommendations! I think I'll probably check out Curly Hair Extraordinare since that's been the most common recommendation here. Has anybody ever gone to Luminous Beauty Company or Craft Salon? Those are two that have caught my attention while digging through google. The owner at Craft charges $210+ for a cut, which is pricey af BUT her experience might be worth it..... If anyone has experience with either of those places, I'd love to hear about it!

Thank you all again!!

I do not recommend Freya. They messed my hair up so badly. Curly hair extraordinaire is way better
